Responsibilities:
• Conduct routine cleaning tasks to ensure a clean and tidy work area
• Follow company plant pruning, moving, trellising, harvesting, trimming, drying, and curing processes and protocols
• Collect and record data related to plant growth, irrigation, inventory, and other relevant metrics
• Assist with the growing and cultivation of plants
• Perform routine plant maintenance throughout the growth cycle
• Irrigate plants and monitor water levels as needed

Qualifications:
• Previous experience in cannabis is preferred
• Previous experience in Horticulture/ Agriculture is preferred
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and manual labor tasks
• Proficiency in using hand tools and equipment
• Strong attention to detail for data collection and record keeping
• Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
• Must be able to pass a background check and acquire a Cannabis agent card from the Illinois Department of Agriculture
• Maintain a professional attitude
• Ability to work well within a team
