Qualifications

• REQUIRED - Cannabis experience in production position; including hands-onproduction activities
• Ability to work as a team and individually
• Weigh and record plants and material
• Able to lift 50 lbs
• Ability to be on feet moving around all day (harvest) or being seated all day (trim)
• Must be at least 21 years of age and have ability to pass a background check to obtain a Illinois cannabis agent badge
• Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
• General knowledge of weights and measurement
• All positions deal with confidential information and/or issues using discretion and judgment
• Speed and precision with equipment and attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task and maintain work consistency on a daily basis
• High attention to detail
• Standing/sitting for long periods of time
• The job requires physical activity, including prolonged sitting, standing, repetitive bending, climbing, and lifting or moving up to 10 pounds (or more with a coworker)
• Good visual acuity, hand-eye coordination, manual dexterity, and ability to perform repetitive motions with accuracy is required
Responsibilities
• The Post Harvest Agent is responsible for all aspects of plant processing from post-crop harvest through packaging and labeling of the final product ready for customer sale as outlined by the management team and SOPs
• This is an active environment focusing on the processing, harvesting, and packaging of plant material
• Production teams include the following tasks: harvesting, drying, curing, trimming, packaging and sales fulfillment
• Fan leaf removal, drying, trimming, curing, weighing, packaging, labeling, recording, inspection of product in addition to cleaning and sanitation
• Moving plants and material from one room to another
• Maintaining a clean workspace compliant with the rules and regulations
• Running, cleaning, and otherwise maintaining equipment specific to Production tasks
• Organizing large quantities of product
• Organizing and recording Metrc tags according to Illinois standards
• Follow proper safety protocol at all times
• Communicating with team members and management to accomplish tasks assigned
• Prepare multiple strains, each in their own way, to ensure maximum quality
• This position works in a timely manner and strives to increase productivity and acts with professional regard to the management and use of all production facilities and processing equipment
• Ensures daily compliance with policies including but not limited to; state compliance, security protocols, access protocols, dress code and work schedules
